Essential Information
Having your Obagi Enrich Facial with Blue Radiance Peel:
You will have a pre procedure consultation with your practitioner to ensure you are fully informed, have no contraindications to the peel and are happy to proceed.
Your skin will be cleansed and exfoliated to ensure it is fresh and free of oils.
A light preparation solution will be applied followed by the Obagi Radiance Blue Peel serum to the face starting at the forehead and moving down to the skin of the neck and chest should you require resurfacing of the skin this far.
As the blue Radiance Peel is applied a cooling fan is waved over the skin to help ease any slight discomfort as the acid peel works its way into the skin. The peel dries on the skin for five to ten minutes or so and then reapplied for secondary application then the chemical is cleansed off.
You skin will then be nourished by application of Vitamin Serum or Retinol - depending on skin type - moisturised and a high SPF factor cream applied.
Results
Typical results improve tone and texture and are noticeable after just one treatment.
A series of three to six peels is recommended for the best results. You will see noticeable results within 4-6 weeks and get the full effect in 18-24 weeks of continuous use.
It is recommended to use a high factor sunscreen (SPF 30 or above) daily.
This product will cause light peeling of the skin to reveal fresh and smooth texture and you may experience slight redness.
